Regulations and visiting recommendations

To ensure a safe, respectful experience in harmony with nature, we ask all our visitors to read and follow the following regulations:

General Conditions

  • Woodpecker Reserve reserves the right to admit and cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, force majeure or for safety reasons.
  • All visitors must sign a Mutual Responsibility Agreement as a requirement to enter the reserve.
  • Entry and participation in tours is subject to the corresponding payment according to the selected services.
  • Children under 5 years old enter free of charge. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  • It is recommended to keep proof of payment throughout the visit.

During their experience

  • For your safety and the protection of the ecosystem, always stay on authorized trails.
  • Follow the instructions of certified staff and guides at all times.
  • Maintain a respectful attitude: avoid unnecessary noise and allow nature to manifest itself authentically.
  • We recommend visiting with a guide for a more enriching and conscious experience.

Prohibited activities

To protect the biodiversity of the reserve, the following are not permitted:

  • Feeding, touching, or interfering with wildlife
  • Extract or manipulate plants, animals or any natural element
  • Pets
  • Smoking, consuming alcohol or illicit substances
  • Carrying weapons of any kind
  • Generating excessive noise or disturbing the peace of the surroundings
  • Use laser pointers
  • Climbing trees or manipulating natural structures
  • Making commercial recordings without prior authorization

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the reservation without the right to a refund.
